FULL DAY COVERAGE
Part of my standard policy with my clients is that you have me the entire day (with some adjustable room). Not having a set time limit also allows me to be able to capture more moments to tell your story better. This includes:
Pre-ceremony (getting ready, details, venue).
Ceremony
Special Moments (Grand entrance, first dances, toasts, etc).
Reception.
Small secondary shoot before or after the reception (dependent on photographer’s plan).
Final send off (if applicable).
CAMERA & DRONE COVERAGE
I use a total of three cameras throughout the day, mostly being used during the ceremony and speeches, though they are used in other capacities as well. I shoot all of my footage in 4K.
I do include drone coverage as part of my packages as long as conditions permit. Footage is also in 4K.
POST-WEDDING DELIVERABLES
One 6-12 minute video of the whole day (can be longer or shorter dependent on footage and music) edited and put together into a final product.
One stylized teaser video. (around 1 minute maximum).
Full ceremony + speeches/toasts recorded and edited.
1-3 weeks turnaround to have the final product completed.
Delivered initially via Dropbox link. After it has gained your approval, you are free to download and share! The full video will then be sent via flash drive in the mail.
AUDIO
Regarding wanting audio captured, I can do that and can incorporate that audio into the video. Typically because moments of spoken word tend to run a little long, I cut out certain parts of audio so it doesn't take up the whole video. When it comes to vows or letters from the bride and groom, I try to keep that in its entirety as much as possible, though I may still need to cut a few lines while making it all still sound very natural.
MUSIC
I always ask clients prior to the wedding to list out 5-10 songs that they would like in the video if possible to be considered for use in some capacity. When I edit my videos, I edit to the music that is chosen, so it’s imperative that I have the music ahead of time.
RAW FOOTAGE
I do include all of the raw footage as part of my video packages. I put all of the footage along with the final videos on a storage device and send it via mail for your safekeeping.
PAYMENT
I am flexible when it comes to payment as I offer payment plans. Final payment would be due the day prior to the wedding at the latest.

Common FAQs

I’m very intentional when I edit videos. So much so that I work off of the flow of a song as well as the words, which makes it harder to simply swap in/out a song.
I ask clients to send me a list of 5-10 songs prior to the wedding that they’d be in okay with having some variation used in the video to allow the most flexibility and freedom. However, when it comes to teaser videos (if your package includes it), I do specifically choose a song myself that I think fits the vibe of the clips. That could be a song on or off of your list.

No, I do not have a separate fee for travel, even if I am traveling out of state. Instead, I include it in the main rate for my services. Hotels, airline tickets, rental cars, etc. are all factored into the main rate.

I currently utilize the DJI Wireless Mic system. Most scenarios I will place a microphone on the groom, the officiant and whoever else plans to speak once toasts happen.
Normally I place the microphone within the handkerchief pocket of a groom and officiant’s suit. However, I have other options if needed.

When it comes to a photo/video bundle package, I split day-of duties between myself and a trusted and vetted photographer or videographer as I work with a network of people across the US. During the early parts of the day (getting ready, early bridal party photos if they’re a single set) and the latter of the day during reception, moments are free flowing and not as crucial in terms of “it only happens once” like a ceremony. It is during these times that I will swap between shooting photo and video. However, once that “crucial” window starts, I bring on an additional lead shooter so then I can fully focus on one aspect and my second shooter can focus on the other set. Collectively, it makes for a very unique set up that maximizes coverage for you wedding day.
In addition to that, I connect with clients multiple times prior to the wedding about what their timeline looks like, what their needs are and how I can accommodate.

It varies from package to package, but generally speaking, I take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to deliver the final product, though it could also be sooner. In comparison to my photo only or video only packages, the bundle takes more time to work through but is still of the utmost quality.
