Full-day coverage/ session limit duration of event (depending on day of events/playtime).
Pre-event shots (while in public view of event or if given special clearance)
1 location.
For individuals, 30+ photos upon final delivery (depending on day of events/playtime)
For teams, 250+ photos upon final delivery.
Sneak Peek photos within 24 hours.
1-3 weeks turnaround to have the final product completed for individuals
3-5 days turnaround to have final product for teams.

PAYMENT
I am flexible when it comes to payment as I offer payment plans for multi-event coverage or single event. Final payment would be due the day prior to the event at the latest.

Every event is different. Because of that, I like to give my clients a range based on the amount of coverage.
For example, shooting a team versus one individual for a game will typically yield a higher photo count because there’s more going in and more to capture.

No, I do not have a separate fee for travel, even if I am traveling out of state. Instead, I include it in the main rate for my services. Hotels, airline tickets, rental cars, etc. are all factored into the main rate.

Yes, I am a one-person team even when I am hired for a photo/video bundle package.
I connect with clients prior to the event about what their timeline and captures look like, what their needs are and how I can accommodate to make sure that I capture everything I need to.

It varies from package to package, but generally speaking, I take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to deliver the final product, though it could also be sooner.
