Includes engagement session, pre-wedding mini-session + rehearsal dinner (optional). After that, full-day coverage, so I’m with you from start to finish to ensure nothing is missed. This is my standard practice.

PRE-WEDDING PROCESS
Prior to the wedding, you will have access to unlimited consultations simply because I am here for you. If you have questions or concerns, I will be available to communicate with you from booking to “I do” regarding expectations, set up, timelines, special details and special emphasis in order to capture your moments accurately, authentically, and in a way that reflects the emotions, tones and grandeur of your day.
FULL DAY COVERAGE
Part of my standard policy with my clients is that you have me the entire day (with some adjustable room). Not having a set time limit also allows me to be able to capture more moments to tell your story better. This includes:
Pre-ceremony (getting ready, details, venue).
Ceremony
Special Moments (Grand entrance, first dances, toasts, etc).
Reception.
Small secondary shoot before or after the reception (location, timeline and conditions permitting)
Final send off (if applicable).
CAMERA & DRONE COVERAGE
I use a total of 1-2 cameras throughout the day, mostly used as back ups, though they can be used in other capacities as well.
I do include drone coverage as part of my packages as long as conditions permit.
POST-WEDDING DELIVERABLES
1200+ photos
Pre-wedding photos (session + rehearsal dinner)
3 canvases with photos of your choice sent via mail
Physical photo album that includes 200 photos of the day as well as your vows
1 weeks turnaround to have the final (digital) product completed.
Delivered initially via Dropbox link. After it has gained your approval, you are free to download and share! The set will then be sent via flash drive in the mail.
PAYMENT
• I am flexible when it comes to payment! I require a deposit of $500 to secure your date. After that, as I offer flexible payment plans. Final payment would be due two weeks prior to the wedding at the latest. If you cancel my services, any payments made to that point are non-refundable.

If you are within 250 miles of Knoxville, TN, a complimentary engagement session is included. Locations slightly outside of that radius will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If outside of that but wanting an engagement session, please reach out for accommodations.

Common FAQs

Every event is different. Because of that, I like to give my clients a range based on the amount of coverage.
For example, a wedding I will attend for 8-12 hours might have a minimal amount of things happening which means there’s less to capture. In the same regard, a wedding that has things like first dances, multiple toasts, a bouquet toss or a grand send-off: those weddings will typically yield a higher photo count because there’s more going in and more to capture.

No, I do not have a separate fee for travel, even if I am traveling out of state. Instead, I include it in the main rate for my services. Hotels, airline tickets, rental cars, etc. are all factored into the main rate.
In short, I only charge you for the service.

The main difference is that each package suits different needs, budgets and ultimately the way you want your event captured and remembered. Each package is designed to be — while similar across the board — its own unique experience.

Yes, I am a one-person team unless I am hired for a photo/video bundle package or I require a second shooter by either my own choice or request of the client.
I connect with clients prior to the wedding about what their timeline looks like, what their needs are and how I can accommodate to make sure that I capture everything I need to within the provided timeline.

Most of my packages will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to deliver the final product, though it could also be sooner.
Packages like the Ceremony (Only) and CDT may also have shorter delivery timelines.
