Property Listing Media

Designed for agents, brokers, Realtors, and Airbnb hosts marketing individual properties.

Session Details

  • Up to 3 hours on location depending on property size and needs

  • Interior & exterior photography

  • Video walkthrough coverage

  • Drone coverage (where permitted)

Deliverables

  • Professionally edited high-resolution photos

  • Video walkthrough or cinematic property highlight

  • Drone photos and footage

  • Assets delivered ready for MLS, websites, and social media

Delivery

  • Final media delivered via Dropbox.

  • Typical turnaround: 1–5 days depending on scope

  • This package is only available for weddings in Knoxville, TN and surrounding locations and states that are within a 250 mile radius of Knoxville. Case by case circumstances will be considered, but not guaranteed.

    This package is designed for those who want photos but are prioritizing the main bulk of the day’s festivities.

    • Coverage begins slightly prior to the ceremony and concludes after the final dances or toasts (order depends on the wedding).

    • Photos of moments will be taken throughout the day in order to capture shots

    CAMERA & DRONE COVERAGE

    • I use a total of 2-3 cameras during the timeframe (drone included).

    • I do include drone coverage as part of my packages as long as conditions permit. This helps to provide another aspect of coverage and dimension to the overall product.

    POST-WEDDING DELIVERABLES

    • 500+ edited images

    • Sneak Peek photos within 24 hours after the wedding.

    • 1-3 weeks turnaround to have the final product completed and sent via Dropbox. After it has gained your approval, you are free to download and share! The full set of photos will then be sent via flash drive in the mail.

    PAYMENT

    • I am flexible when it comes to payment as I offer payment plans. Final payment would be due the day prior to the wedding at the latest.

  • This package is only available for weddings in Knoxville, TN and surrounding locations and states that are within a 250 mile radius of Knoxville. Case by case circumstances will be considered, but not guaranteed.

    This package is designed for those who want photos of their wedding day, but are prioritizing the ceremony.

    • Ceremony coverage only

    • No rehearsal coverage

    • No getting ready

    • No reception

    CAMERA & DRONE COVERAGE

    • I use a total of 2-3 cameras during the ceremony (drone included).

    • I do include drone coverage as part of my packages as long as conditions permit. This helps to provide another aspect of coverage and dimension to the overall product.

    POST-WEDDING DELIVERABLES

    • 150-250 edited images

    • Sneak Peek photos within hours of the ceremony

    • 3-5 days turnaround to have the final product completed and sent via Dropbox. After it has gained your approval, you are free to download and share! The full set of photos will then be sent via flash drive in the mail.

    PAYMENT

    • I am flexible when it comes to payment as I offer payment plans. Final payment would be due the day prior to the wedding at the latest.

Common FAQs

  • Every wedding is different. Because of that, I like to give my clients a range based on the amount of coverage.

    For example, a wedding I will attend for 8-12 hours might have a minimal amount of things happening which means there’s less to capture. In the same regard, a wedding that has things like first dances, multiple toasts, a bouquet toss or a grand send-off: those weddings will typically yield a higher photo count because there’s more going in and more to capture.

  • No, I do not have a separate fee for travel, even if I am traveling out of state. Instead, I include it in the main rate for my services. Hotels, airline tickets, rental cars, etc. are all factored into the main rate.

  • The main difference is that the Premium package offer some a video aspect to it. Along with a short highlight recap of the day, you will have a full version of your ceremony and toasts.

    I understand that most people want photo and video at their wedding, but it may not be in the budget. Since I do shoot both photo and video, I find this to be a helpful alternative for clients.

    I do capture audio as well. I currently utilize the DJI Wireless mic system. Most scenarios I will place a microphone on the groom, the officiant and whoever else plans to speak once toasts happen.

    Normally I place the microphone within the handkerchief pocket of a groom and officiant’s suit. However, I have other options if needed.

  • Yes, I am a one-person team unless I am hired for a photo/video bundle package.

    I connect with clients prior to the wedding about what their timeline looks like, what their needs are and how I can accommodate to make sure that I capture everything I need to.

  • It varies from package to package, but generally speaking, I take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to deliver the final product, though it could also be sooner.

    Packages like the Ceremony (Only) and CDT may also have shorter delivery timelines.
