Your wedding day will go by in the blink of an eye, but booking a professional videographer ensures those once-in-a-lifetime moments are captured forever. From the vows and laughter to the little glances you might miss in the moment, a wedding film allows you to relive the emotions and magic for years to come. It’s more than just a record of the day—it’s a living, moving memory you can watch over and over, sharing with loved ones now and with future generations.

What does all of this mean?
FULL DAY COVERAGE
My standard policy with my clients for most of my packages is that you have me the entire day (with some adjustable room). Not having a set time limit also allows me to be able to capture more moments to tell your story better. This includes:
Pre-ceremony (getting ready, details, venue).
Ceremony
Special Moments (Grand entrance, first dances, toasts, etc).
Reception.
Smaller moments like signing marriage licenses, golden hour, etc.
Final send off (if applicable).
CAMERA & DRONE COVERAGE
I use a total of three cameras throughout the day, mostly being used during the ceremony and speeches, though they are used in other capacities as well, like interviews which allow guests to leave a short but special message for the guests.
I do include drone coverage as part of my packages as long as conditions permit. This helps to provide another aspect of coverage and dimension to the overall product.
AUDIO CAPTURE
I typically record audio from various moments throughout the day and incorporate that audio into the video. Typically because moments of spoken word tend to run a little long, I cut out certain parts of audio so it doesn't take up the whole video. When it comes to vows or letters from the bride and groom, I try to keep that in its entirety as much as possible, though I may still need to cut a few lines while making it all still sound very natural.
MUSIC INTEGRATION
I always ask clients prior to the wedding to list out 5-10 songs that they would like in the video if possible to be considered for use in some capacity — ideally a good mix of soft and romantic, more upbeat and then something that’s more of a party vibe. When I edit my videos, I edit to the music that is chosen, so it’s imperative that I have the music ahead of time.
PAYMENT
I am flexible when it comes to payment as I offer payment plans. Final payment would be due the day prior to the wedding at the latest.
POST-WEDDING DELIVERABLES
The largest deliverable is the feature-length documentary edit. Think of this like a reality tv episode or your favorite Netflix documentary — complete with audio, interviews, more intentional parts of various moments throughout your day. While it’s still edited and polished, it’s somewhat of an uncut and true look at your wedding. But that’s not all you get.
The 10-20 minute edit is what most of clients have received from me. This still covers your entire day, but it’s a much shorter look that still includes most of the key moments and offers a more cinematic version of your entire day.
A 3-5 minute highlight version designed to give an even shorter yet cinematic look at your wedding, which may include video that don’t make the cut in the longer version. It’s known that not everyone wants to watch a video over 10 minutes, but they may want to watch one that only a few minutes long. Perfect for sharing on social media for friends and family to see without worrying it’s too long for people to finish.
One stylized teaser video that’s anywhere from 60 to 90 seconds to give you an instant look back at your wedding day less than 24 hours after it concluded.
3-6 edited reels to post and share on social media. In today’s world of short-form videos, this is just another quick yet professional way to show off the wonders of your wedding.
Full ceremony + toasts and special dances recorded and edited. The reason? Maybe you want to rewatch the father daughter dance in its entirety but you don’t want to watch it from one camera angle? I fix that for you by providing each of those singular moments but still polished for your viewing pleasure.
4-6 weeks turnaround to have the final product completed, though your initial teaser video will be the first one you receive within 24 hours of your wedding. After it has gained your approval, you are free to download and share! The full video will then be sent via flash drive in the mail.
RAW FOOTAGE
I do include all of the raw footage as part of my video packages. I recognize this is not typical of most videographers. But it’s been one of my staples for years and something clients appreciate and I stand by that. No matter the package, not everything makes the cut. It’s your wedding and you should be able to have all of the moments — unpolished or not because, well — you’re paying for it.
Jokes aside, I also think it adds value as a way to show you that your investment was worth it and not simply another service you paid for. I put all of the footage along with the final videos on a storage device and send it via mail for your safekeeping.

POST-WEDDING DELIVERABLES
Think of the 10-20 minute edit is what you’d receive as your main deliverable as a short film with its own unique parts that help drive the storyline. The added enhancements of things like interviews to give a more intimate and deeper dive into your story. So while this still covers your entire day, it’s more intentional and creates a more cinematic version of your entire day, working in extra time to get to the heart of your wedding day story.

Common FAQs

I’m very intentional when I edit videos. So much so that I work off of the flow of a song as well as the words, which makes it harder to simply swap in/out a song.
I ask clients to send me a list of 5-10 songs prior to the wedding that they’d be in okay with having some variation used in the video to allow the most flexibility and freedom. However, when it comes to teaser videos (if your package includes it), I do specifically choose a song myself that I think fits the vibe of the clips. That could be a song on or off of your list.

No, I do not have a separate fee for travel, even if I am traveling out of state. Instead, I include it in the main rate for my services. Hotels, airline tickets, rental cars, etc. are all factored into the main rate.
-
I currently utilize the DJI Wireless Mic system. Most scenarios I will place a microphone on the groom, the officiant and whoever else plans to speak once toasts happen.
Normally I place the microphone within the handkerchief pocket of a groom and officiant’s suit. However, I have other options if needed.
-
Yes, I am a one-person team unless I am hired for a photo/video bundle package. However, my fiancé will typically be my unofficial assistant at weddings as an extra set of hands for me and the client when she’s available.
I connect with clients prior to the wedding about what their timeline looks like, what their needs are and how I can accommodate.

It varies from package to package, but generally speaking, I take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to deliver the final product, though it could also be sooner.
Packages like the Ceremony (Only) and CDT may also have shorter delivery timelines.
